Travel

If your home is more than one hour round trip from Concord, NC, we are happy to serve you and there will be an additional charge:

$0 for less than one hour round trip
$25 for more than one and less than two hours round trip
$50 for more than two and less than three hours round trip

Appointments

$50 charge for missed or rescheduled/canceled appointments within 24 hours

Payment

Payment is required prior to release of services.  Deposits may be required for larger projects
Electronic payment processing fee: $5.50

¹ Total square feet includes heated/unheated spaces, basements, porches, garages, storage areas, buildings and decks. Over 3,500 total square feet¹, we reserve the right to review the complexity of the measurement and price accordingly.
